July 3rd, 2007 | by Chris |Sunday morning, I am driving along in Burbank when I see a strange site. A Kwik-E Mart! What the hell was that?… With Ralph walking to the door and Bart sitting on the rooftop?
Okay, so it is just a movie set in Burbank. It will be gone tomorrow.
What it is still there? Why are there people lining up. The line is actually wrapping the building!
Tuesday, the line is still there! What is going on? I had to call my trusty Simpson’s afficionado, Joe.
Check Reuters he said. “There is an article about it!: he told me. Apparently there are eleven or twelve 7-11s being transformed into Quik-E marts to promote the Simpson’s movie! You can buy your KrustyO cereal and other Simpson’s stuff.
So I packed up the kid and went to check it out first-hand. Attached are a couple of photos. I don’t know how long it will be there, but you should check it out if you can. It is fun!
